To cater for roll growth and evolving teaching needs, Onerahi School required a new, modern teaching space. The project delivered a purpose-built classroom designed to reflect today’s flexible learning environments. The design provides adaptability for a range of teaching styles, supporting both collaborative group work and focused individual study. LM Consulting’s Role

LM Consulting was engaged as Project Managers to guide the school and Ministry of Education through every stage of delivery. Our role included:

• Running the procurement process to secure skilled contractors and ensure value for money.
• Overseeing programme and cost management to deliver on time and within budget.
• Coordinating consultants, contractors, and the school to keep the project running smoothly.
• Managing risks, health and safety, and compliance with Ministry of Education requirements.
• Providing clear, consistent communication so the school could focus on teaching while we managed the build.
